Vodafone PAC Code
You will need to get in touch with your present network and ask for your Vodafone PAC code. This will usually take approximately 2-3 days to arrive. When you have received your PAC code, click here to view the very latest online deals and special offers from Vodafone. Once you have found the deal you want from Vodafone, when completing your order, submit your code when requested into the appropriate box on the ordering form. Vodafone will then provide you with a temporary number to use whilst your existing number is transferred over, which may take a few days.
Please note - that you should not cancel your contract with your existing provider until they have provided you with your Vodafone PAC, free of charge, and you have given this to your new mobile phone provider, Vodafone. If you cancel before then your new service provider, Vodafone may not be able to transfer your number across and you may also incur a connection fee.

Switching From Vodafone
The first thing to do is contact your current network provider, Vodafone on 08700 700 191 (or 191 from your mobile phone) and put in a Vodafone PAC code request. Vodafone will then either provide you with your Vodafone PAC Code immediately over the phone or send it in the post- it should arrive within 2 working days. This code should then be passed onto your new network provider so you will then be able to use your phone number on the new network.
Once you have got your PAC code from Vodafone you will now be able to find the best contracts to suit your needs and order over the internet- during the check out process there will be an area where you can enter your PAC code.
Please note - some of the mobile phone packages which catch your eye could only be available online.
Getting your Vodafone PAC should be finished after seven working days. Once this process is complete, your SIM will no longer work. There's no need to panic- your new network will give you a new SIM card to use.
If you are staying with the same mobile phone provider then you will be unable to 'port' your number and instead they will give you an upgrade.
You will be unable to 'port' your number if you have not finished your contract length with your current provider. Check your contractual terms for more information.
