Switching To T-Mobile

You will need to contact your current mobile phone provider and request a PAC code/Port Authorisation Code. This will usually take approximately 2-3 days to arrive. When you have received your PAC code,  click here  to view the very latest online deals and special offers from T-Mobile .  Once you have found the deal you want from T-Mobile , when completing your order, submit your PAC code when requested into the approprite box on the ordering form.  T-Mobile will then provide you with a temporary number to use whilst your existing number is transferred over, which may take a few days.

Please note - that you should not cancel your contract with your existing provider until they have provided you with your PAC code, free of charge, and you have given this to your new mobile phone provider, T-Mobile. If you cancel before then your new service provider, T-Mobile may not be able to transfer your number across and you may also incur a connection fee.
